Carolyn Ruth Pratt, 71, of Sabattus passed away on Sunday, June 18, at Clover Manor with her family at her side.

She was born in Lewiston in 1945, the eldest daughter of LaForrest and Joyce Small. She was raised in Sabattus and Brunswick and attended local schools.

She married Benjamin Pratt on December 1, 1962 and they spent 44 years together.

Carolyn loved flowers and was happiest when she was outdoors tending her many gardens. She enjoyed family get-togethers and was...

Carolyn Ruth Pratt, 71, of Sabattus passed away on Sunday, June 18, at Clover Manor with her family at her side.

She was born in Lewiston in 1945, the eldest daughter of LaForrest and Joyce Small. She was raised in Sabattus and Brunswick and attended local schools.

She married Benjamin Pratt on December 1, 1962 and they spent 44 years together.

Carolyn loved flowers and was happiest when she was outdoors tending her many gardens. She enjoyed family get-togethers and was especially proud of her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Carolyn worked for Bowdoinham Linen, The Romper, Health Tex, and L.L. Bean.

She leaves behind her son, Dennis Pratt and his wife Susan, of Durham; daughter Jennifer (Pratt) Kerwin and husband Shawn, of North Monmouth; grandchildren Laura (Mike) Harvey, James (Jordan) Pratt, Allison, Madelyn, Jonathan, and Matthew Kerwin; great grandchildren Ted, Emmalee, Levi, Joshua, Benjamin, and Lux (due in October).

Carolyn was predeceased by her parents and her husband Benjamin.

FUNERAL NOTICE:

PRATT - Carolyn R., 71, passed away on Sunday, June 18, 2017 at Clover Manor in Auburn. A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 23, 2017 at 11am at the Community Baptist Church in Sabattus. A committal will immediately follow at the Lisbon Center Cemetery. A service of Crosman Funeral Home, Funeral, Cremation and Monument Services, 40 Main St. Lisbon Falls, Maine. 353-4951.
